Built for the Africa Investment Forum (AIF) 2025, this interactive application provides real-time, data-driven analysis of how strategic investments in Bitcoin and other digital assets can unlock unprecedented economic growth.

Model Parameters
These parameters, controlled by sliders in the left sidebar, set the global assumptions for the entire 19-year forecast period (2026-2045).
The initial seed investment from Africa's collective Bitcoin reserves. This represents the foundational capital for the entire model.
The Compound Annual Growth Rate of Bitcoin. This is a critical driver of long-term projections. A higher CAGR results in significantly greater capital appreciation.
The time horizon for the financial forecast, with the default set to align with the AIL-2045 goals (2026-2045).
The total value of Bitcoin-backed bonds issued to finance projects. These bonds offer a lower yield than traditional debt instruments.
The average annual yield paid to investors on tokenized bonds. Significantly lower than the typical 7% yield on traditional African sovereign debt.
Foreign Direct Investment attracted into Africa's crypto ecosystem, primarily focused on green energy-powered Bitcoin mining operations.
Projected revenue from the sale of tokenized carbon credits (as NFTs) to international markets, particularly the European Union.
The assumed annual inflation rate, used to provide more realistic (real vs. nominal) projections of future values.
